Plan Review

Get your plan approved by Parks before starting your project

  • Submit your plan to Parks
  • Receive your acceptance letter (P-R) in 3-5 days
  • Receive plan approval in 30 business days

Planting

Get your planting permit, complete planting, and after façade work has been completed, schedule your inspection

  • Apply for planting permit
  • Receive permit in 30 business days
  • Conduct planting during Fall or Spring seasons only
  • Request planting inspection
  • Forester inspection in 20 business days
  • Receive sign-off or punchlist in 5 business days

Sign-off

Closeout planting permit and receive your CO after construction work is complete

  • Request final sign-off
  • Final inspection in 30 business days
  • Receive final sign-off in 3-5 business days

Restitution

Resolve damage assessments and fees usually noticed at final inspection

  • Parks assesses damage in 30 business days
  • Demand letter issued by Parks in 30 business days
  • Settle and Pay restitution in up to 4 months
