Treecode NYC is founded by a prior NYC Parks Forester from the Permits and Plan Review Division and LEED AP in Neighborhood Development who began offering his expertise in urban development and navigating the NYC bureaucracy to contractors settling restitution cases and struggling with plan review. This founded Treecode; helping developers navigate Park’s processes. Every project manager has worked within the Permits and Plan Review Division.
