Treecode NYC is founded by a former NYC Parks Forester from the Permits and Plan Review Division and LEED AP in Neighborhood Development who began offering his expertise in urban development and navigating the NYC bureaucracy to contractors settling restitution cases and struggling with plan review. This birthed Treecode’s mission of helping developers navigate Park’s processes. All of Treecode’s project managers have worked within the Permits and Plan Review Division.
